Policies - Child Abuse and/or Neglect

I am required by law to report any suspected signs of child abuse and/or neglect. This includes any form of physical punishment or emotional abuse by the parents. Any request to use physical punishments by the parents will be noted in the child's file along with a written refusal from Tykes Learning Corner, signed by the parent and provider.
