Policies - Television

I believe children should be encouraged to actively play with each other and explore their environment, instead of being entertained by a passive medium such as TV. The TV is only used on such days that we may watch a video. At times it may be used due to bad weather where the children will get a half an hour of TV time. The television is not used on a regular basis only as a treat.
